This site is informational in nature. It presents the pentesting and vulnerability assessment services offered by Argus RK Solutions, S.A.S. (“Argus RK”), along with contact information for starting a commercial conversation.

3. Nature of the services described

The information published about our services (scope, methodology, deliverables) is general and indicative. No content on this site constitutes, in itself, a binding offer or a service contract. Every actual project is governed by a statement of work (SOW) and, where applicable, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), signed independently between Argus RK and the client, defining the exact scope, the rules of engagement and the commercial terms.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse this site for informational and contact purposes. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Carrying out penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or other unauthorised security testing against this site or the infrastructure serving it, without prior written authorisation from Argus RK.
• Using this site to distribute malicious content or attempting to compromise its availability or integrity.
• Reproducing or redistributing the site’s content for commercial purposes without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, brand, logo and design) is the property of Argus RK or is used under an appropriate licence, unless stated otherwise.

This site may include links to social networks or third-party services (for example, email). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Confidentiality in contracted projects

The confidentiality of information obtained during a contracted pentesting or vulnerability assessment project is governed by the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and the service contract signed for that project, not by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms are governed by the legislation applicable in the jurisdiction where Argus RK operates, to be formally defined during the legal review of this document.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
